Ceramic Coating: Applies a wear resistance material to the spindle and seal areas, increasing the life of spindles and shafts. Diameters from small to 12" diameter x 5'. Spray Welding: Ideal for shaft repairs due to pitting and wear to buildup bearing and seal area and regound to new tolerances. Diameters from small to forty two inches x twenty inches. Below is an example of repairing a damaged shaft with stainless steel or ceramic coating.
