Pinnacle Engineering is a Michigan Machine Shop specializing in close tolerances and fast delivery. Pinnacle Engineering became a company in 1968. We are ISO 9001:2000 certified and our goal is to exceed our customers expectations with on-time delivery and zero defects. The main plant houses the business and conference areas, along with Engineering CAD-CAM computer operations. The manufacturing areas at this facility are dedicated to providing the services required to support your needs. The services available range from the design and manufacture of tools, dies, fixtures and details through the remanufacture or repair of components and equipment. A shop area of 14,400 sq. ft. for our machining operations, Drill, Mill, Lathe, Jig Boring, N.C. Turning and Milling is complimented by 4,500 sq. ft. of grinding operations with C.N.C., Wire EDM and Jig Grinding. Separate environmental control is provided for grinding operations. The assembly plant is located next to our main plant and accommodates our machine rebuilding operations. These activities include: Ceramic Coating, Spray Welding, Machine Rebuilding, Machine Spindle Rebuilding, Machine-Way Scraped.
